After giving birth to six children, including three C-sections, I’ve come to understand the profound impact this has on one's body. The changes to stomach muscles, for instance, can create a domino effect, influencing posture and lower back pain. I sometimes feel this discomfort after a long day on my feet or when I lift something too heavy, like a few weeks ago. It's funny how we can excel in giving advice to others yet neglect our own wisdom. We might be great at helping or giving something to others, but fail to apply it to ourselves. One of the ginger blends I created had specific herbs/oils for pain relief,
but I hadn't thought to use it on myself. My back was screaming, so I decided to apply my ginger blend. I continued with my day, and it wasn’t until 30-40 minutes later that I realized the pain had subsided. It was a subtle relief, much like taking a Tylenol for a headache and only noticing hours later that the pain had disappeared. The first time I used this blend, I (intuitively?) applied it to my abdomen, but I had no logical reason as to why. To my surprise the next morning, it acted almost like an exorcism for my innards…. and I’ll leave it at that. I’m not suggesting anyone try this,(especially if not close to THE porcelain) but rather sharing my personal experience with the potent power of herbs. I don't believe in manipulative marketing. I'd never lie or exaggerate to make a sale. I can spot such tactics from a mile away and find them repulsive. My intention is always to share beneficial discoveries, (ya’ll know I share) not to manipulate or market. If someone else can benefit from what has helped me, it’s a win for everyone. We should all strive to share the goodness we encounter, allowing others to benefit from our experiences
